We are looking for highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team at our established and fast-growing company. The Window Tint department is a fairly newer addition to our current Company, so you will be assisting in Developing a Standard Operating Procedures as well as Quality guidelines that maintain the Brand Promise we currently have. The candidate must be focused on teamwork and can work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

As an Installer, your primary responsibility is inspecting and preparation of vehicles for tint - along with, the installation of Tint on all types of vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and Responsibilities:

-Tint Film Application: Apply tint films to windows of automobiles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs, using specialized tools and techniques. Ensure precise cutting and fitting of the tint film to achieve a seamless and professional appearance.

-Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean and prepare the windows and surfaces prior to the installation of tint films. Remove any dirt, debris, or existing films to ensure optimal adhesion.

-Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their specific requirements and preferences regarding tint darkness, shade, and appearance. Provide professional recommendations based on your expertise and knowledge of local tinting regulations.

-Quality Control: Conduct detailed inspections of completed installations to ensure that tint films are free from bubbles, creases, or imperfections. Make necessary adjustments or corrections to deliver exceptional results.

-Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and clean tinting tools and equipment to ensure their proper functioning and longevity. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues that require repair or replacement.

-Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest tinting products, techniques, and regulations to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge.

-Work Environment: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Comply with local laws and regulations regarding tinting procedures, including darkness limits and placement restrictions.

Requirements:

-Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Tint Installer or a similar role is required. Demonstrated expertise in applying tint films to different types of vehicles is essential.

-Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of tinting techniques, tools, and materials used in the industry. Familiarity with local regulations pertaining to window tinting darkness limits and restrictions is necessary.

-Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail to ensure precise cutting, fitting, and alignment of tint films. Ability to detect and rectify any imperfections in the finished product.

-Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively. Ability to understand and fulfill customer preferences while providing professional recommendations.

-Time Management: Efficiently manage workload and complete installations within specified timeframes. Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.

-Physical Stamina: Good physical fitness and ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects. Extended periods of standing and working in varying weather conditions may be required.

-Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer appointments and demands.

-Tools and Equipment: Proficiency in using tinting tools and equipment such as heat guns, tint squeegees, razor blades, and precision cutting tools.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
-2+ years in a tint shop or tint shop setting with a concentration in vehicle tint.
-Troubleshoot problems as they arise
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
